Your reservation at our Rhode Island Inn is guaranteed with your credit card number. We do not charge your card in advance. We accept payment with credit card, cash, traveler’s checks or personal check by mail.
Unless otherwise discussed and noted in your confirmation there is no charge if you cancel one week prior to arrival. A credit valid Sunday-Thursday, holidays excluded, of half your stay is issued if canceled within one weeks of arrival AND we are unable to rerent your guest room. This charge is only made if we are unable to rerent your room. Early departures and/or same day cancellations are subject to a charge of the total stay.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:
Check-in time is between 12:00 noon & 6:30 pm. If an earlier or later check in is needed, please let us know in advance. Check out is 11:00 am. Guests may leave their belongings and their car at the bed and breakfast and retrieve them later in the day.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards. A 7% state sales tax and 6% city hospitality tax is added to all room totals.
Children over the age of 7 are welcome at the Inn. Children under the age of 7 are not allowed to stay in the main Inn, however our Great Little Apartment, located in the building next to the Inn, can accommodate children under 7. For guests with children in the Great Little Apartment, breakfast can be enjoyed outside on the deck, or room service style during bad weather. Extra guests are charged an additional $35 per night and can only be accommodated in the Apartment.
A full breakfast is served between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. Please let us know when making your reservation if you have any dietary concerns and we will modify your breakfast. Coffee is available at 7:00 am.
We have complementary on-site parking for our guests. Upon arriving follow the driveway to the parking area at the rear of the property.
We are a smoke free establishment. You are welcome to smoke outside on the porch or back deck. Guests who choose to ignore our smoke free policy will be charged a $200 fee to cover the cleaning expenses associated with smoke removal.
