Policies
RESERVATIONS:
Your reservation at our Rhode Island Inn is guaranteed with your credit card number. We do not charge your card in advance. We accept payment with credit card, cash, traveler’s checks or personal check by mail.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Unless otherwise discussed and noted in your confirmation there is no charge if you cancel 48 hours prior to arrival. A credit valid Sunday-Thursday, holidays excluded, is issued if cancelled within 48 hours AND we are unable to rerent your guest room. This charge is only made if we are unable to rerent your room. Early departures and/or same day cancellations are subject to a charge of the total stay.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:
Check-in time is 1pm or later. If an earlier check in is needed, please let us know in advance. For check in later than 6pm please park in the rear of the property and enter through the back door where you will find an envelope with your name and directions to your room. Check out is 11:00 am. Guests may leave their belongings and their car at the hotel and retrieve them later in the day.
PAYMENT:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards. A 7% state sales tax and 6% city hospitality tax is added to all room totals.
CHILDREN/MINORS/EXTRA GUESTS:
Children over the age of 7 are welcome at the Inn. Children under the age of 7 are not allowed to stay in the main Inn, however our Great Little Apartment, located in the building next to the Inn, can accommodate children under 7. We welcome all guests 17 years and older. Extra guests are charged an additional $35 per night and can only be accommodated in the Apartment.
CAFE:
A fully outfitted cafe with items for purchase is located in the main dining area.
PARKING:
We have complementary on-site parking for our guests. Upon arriving follow the driveway to the parking area at the rear of the property.
SMOKING:
We are a smoke free establishment. You are welcome to smoke outside on the porch or back deck. Guests who choose to ignore our smoke free policy will be charged a $200 fee to cover the cleaning expenses associated with smoke removal.
