What Our Guests are Saying:

Just enjoyed a short stay at the Marshall Slocum Inn and I will absolutely return. The owners were so gracious and thought of every last detail making this antique home truly 5-star. We stayed in the Captains Quarters on the first floor. It was a very hot day and the room’s air-conditioning was perfect. The sheets were luxurious and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. Everything down to the toiletries was just right. In the common area, there are so many options for food and beverage whether for a quick breakfast or a late afternoon snack. Honestly, I think my favorite surprise was “Gail’s Sweet Shop” which was a little self-serve candy station that we may or may not have visited more than once. This inn is within walking distance of everything. Along the route, you get to walk by gorgeous historic homes and cute shops that you may have otherwise missed. On top of that, they have their own spacious (and complimentary) parking area behind the inn adjacent to the back lawn and deck with plenty of seating. We’ll be back for certain.” Kathy B
