Breakfast is an important part of our Guest’s stay at our Newport, Rhode Island B&B Inn. Included in your rate, breakfast at the Marshall Slocum Inn is sure to leave an indelible impression on your stay. Chef Mark Spring and staff aim to create a warm environment combined with top notch service and sumptuous food. Educated at Johnson & Wales University and trained at the AAA rated five star Cliffside Inn, Chef Spring presents an innovative menu for guests of our B&B Inn to choose from daily.
For breakfast service at our Newport Bed and Breakfast, guests have the option of dining on the large back deck overlooking the gardens, inside the sun filled Dining Room, or in their guest room for a true breakfast in bed experience.
Breakfast begins at 7:30 am with freshly brewed coffee and a selection of juices set out on the side bar in our beautifully appointed Dining Room. At 8:00 am, guest’s choose from our ever changing menu. Start your day off healthy with a yogurt parfait, fruit plate or egg white omellete or indulge with an order of our famous Blueberry Pancakes, Banana Stuffed French Toast, or Egg’s Benedict. We are happy to accommodate all diety needs and restrictions.
